Vinification and aging
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled cement tanks for approximately 10 days, followed by maceration on the skins for another 15-20 days using techniques such as pump-overs and délestage. After the completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in cement tanks and kept until bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics
Ruby red in color, with pleasant fruity and floral aromas, it possesses a pleasing structure and firm tannins. It is well-balanced and persistent in taste.
